Plastic raises money for the Breast Cancer fund as part of Lunafest Travelling Short Film Fest
We are so delighted and honored to be part of Lunafest Travelling Short film festival. A festival shown by more than 140 venues throughout the USA and Canada and is seen by over 20,000 viewers. Each ticket sold raises money for the Breast Cancer fund and local non-profit organizations. Lunafest runs from October 2009 - April 2010.

Screening in 173 Cities in 5 Continents in the 12th Annual Manhattan Short Film Festival
This is more than exciting news to us. Plastic is one of 10 Finalists, which will screen 532 times in 173 cities across five continents, exposing the film to a world wide audience of over 100,00 people who will vote for the best short film in the Festival. Just being part of this festival is amazing enough and we couldn’t wish for a broader audience! The festival is set to take place across five continents during one week in September. We still can’t believe that Plastic has won the Awards for most Outstanding Visual Effects in a Student Project. The quality of the other nominees was astounding, so we are still in shock. Thanks and congrats to all Cast and Crew!!!!

We are more than excited to announce that Plastic has been nominated for the most outstanding visual effects work in the Student Category as part of the 7th Annual Visual Effects Society Awards. The awards ceremony will be held on the evening of February 21, 2009 at the Century Plaza Ballroom, Century City in Los Angeles. Congrats to the whole VFX team!!
